This site gives a break down in numbers and a couple of mods and enhancements and what to shoot for as a tank.
Ways to min max stats as a tank to find that sweet spot to not be as squishy.

Found that video kinda for a jedi shadow but does give some break downs of each items and what too look for at stats. His/her final defense is about 40%
